I have been thinking about making some sort of New Year's Resolution for the coming year and just couldn't think of something that really spoke to me or something that I really wanted to focus on for a whole year. But then the idea came to me about doing a social media detox for a month, and then that led me to think about doing a different 30-day challenge for each month of next year. Now that I could get behind! Something new to focus on for each month. I could do something new for 30-days. And each month would be something new to try and learn.
